Are you a sales-driven person who is capable of creating new business opportunities and establishing distribution while mostly working independently?
As a Regional Sales Manager in Northern Europe at Amano Pioneer Eclipse Corp. you will experience personal development and growth every day. You will work with a focused and market-leading product portfolio. You will be part of a creative, tenacious, and hands-on culture with a great personal responsibility for your own portfolio and new bizz.
You will develop and implement sales strategies, and you will be responsible for each step of the sales process, which includes responsibility for a proactive approach to customers and demonstrating products at customers’ locations. Overall, you will be responsible for maintaining the existing customer base, and developing new distribution in Northern Europe/Scandinavia for both Pioneer Eclipse and American Sander product portfolios.
You will work from your home-office reporting to the VP International Sales based in the Netherlands.
You will have approximately 150 travel days per year.
qualifications
You have 2–5 years of experience in direct sales and account management (preferably in the cleaning industry or sander market)
You have experience in BtB sales – preferably dealer sales
You have a solid experience with canvassing
You are experienced in after-sales
You are fluent in Danish, German, and English
You have direct sales experience and have already achieved great sales results.
It takes a special combination of ambition, good people skills, commercial understanding and a practical determination to succeed in this position. You are enthusiastic, results-oriented, and have an energetic personality. We are looking for someone who has a massive inner drive, takes ownership of tasks, and can achieve their own goals.
