Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Market / Sales Channel Manager, Point of Care Diagnostic in the Self-test / Rapid Antigen business in the Point-of-Care Business Area. You will be reporting to the Head of EMEA Primary and Decentralized care Franchise, part of our EMEA POC team.
The Rapid business is the fastest growing business at Siemens Healthineers. It is a new business area, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and seize this great opportunity to build an exciting business. We are expecting to scale substantially and rapidly.

As a Market / Sales Channel Manager in you will be responsible for:
- Develop Rapid / Self-test business in pharmacies, distributors in the zone UK / Ireland / Nordics
- Open any new segments identified
- Achieve or exceed Sales and revenue targets
- Create and manage long term customer relationships
- Be part of the go to market strategy for the Self-test Business
- Attend and assist at internal and external conferences / workshops / meeting, as required
- Travel required approx. 35%
- Flexible location: UK / Ireland / Nordics
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- Bachelors’ degree in related field (Business, Management, Marketing and Economics)
- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development,
- Experience in medical devices, pharma or OTC reguired in UK / Ireland / Nordics.
- Knowledge of Rapids / self-test business preferred
- Existing network of distributors and pharmacies preferred
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to develop relationship with customers
- Ability to influence and manage internal team members and processes across functions and geographies
- Ability to work effectively independently and proactively
- Listening and persuasive skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ready to perform within the first 90 days
- Language: English influent
