As the Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of a designated product category, spearheading strategic growth and market development efforts in Finland. The product portfolio is both devices and consumables in anesthesia, intensive care, monitoring and infusion solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Identifying and seizing market trends and opportunities to drive maximum sales and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure the seamless execution of product launches and promotional activities.
  • Continuously monitoring competitor activities and market dynamics to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Providing insights and feedback from the field to contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of our exceptional products and services.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a successful sales professional within the MedTech industry, with a strong focus on the Finnish market.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to effortlessly build and nurture relationships at all levels. As a self-motivated and target-driven individual, you’ll exhibit a strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We highly value a profound passion for the MedTech industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics and healthcare trends. Fluency in both Finnish and English is a requirement for this position.
