Sales Manager – Air Liquide


Air Liquide is looking for a Sales Manager who is highly motivated and technically-minded to lead and enhance the sales team in southern Sweden. As a member of the Swedish and Finnish Sales Management team, you will report to the Sales Director Nordics and work alongside six sales teams, including four in Sweden and two in Finland.

Lead, Coach, and Conquer: Expand Customer Relationships and Drive Growth


Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with sales management to develop goals and strategies that will expand customer relationships and accelerate growth in the region. To achieve this, you will lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives and Support Staff to achieve individual and team goals, negotiate, review, and approve sales quotes and contracts, manage large accounts, and set development strategy and objectives for regional direct and indirect customers.

You will need to navigate complex sales channels and develop strong relationships with both customers and distributors, while staying up-to-date on industry trends and continuously identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. At the same time, you will need to coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the overall sales organization.

Sales Manager with People Skills


To be considered for the Sales Manager position, you should have a strong background in sales and leadership, with experience in managing and developing successful sales teams. A relevant education in business, marketing, engineering is preferred.

You should have a technical interest and be able to convey the value of the products and services to customers in various industries, including manufacturing, welding, laser processing, heat treatment, additive manufacturing, water purification, and pulp and paper.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and coach a team towards success. You should be able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, and have a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Travel is required for this position, and you should be willing to spend 2-3 days per week in the field. Driving license is required. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
