The service ensures that home care clients receive the correct medication at the right time and in the appropriate dosage automatically, improving medication management quality and supporting independent living at home.In early 2023, Evondos acquired Medido, a Dutch provider of medication dispensing services in the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Evondos Group today employs a total of 300 professionals in the Nordic countries and the Netherlands, serving tens of thousands of users daily. The headquarters of Evondos Group is located in Helsinki, with the majority of its operations and production facilities in Salo, Finland.
As Evondos is growing rapidly in the Nordics, they are looking for talented and driven people. Now, they are looking for an additional Regional Sales Manager to Denmark.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and together with him develop and execute the strategy for Denmark. You will be joining the Danish team of Evondos, currently consisting of four people. Evondos Group already has a significant market share in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands and has several customers in Denmark as well. In the role of Regional Sales Manager, your daily tasks will contain:
- Reach sales targets via daily sales activities.
- Create sales pipeline ensuring strong growth in the market.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by close collaboration and customer support.
- Support customers to understand and gain Evondos service value.
- Contribution to company sales strategy, tactics, sales plans, marketing plans.
Elevate Sales Success with Solution Selling Expertise
To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent experience within solution selling as well as being able to demonstrate that you can accelerate sales significantly. Experience from municipal healthcare sector or other sectors selling via tenders is a clear advantage. As a person, you are outgoing and have excellent communication skills. Furthermore, you will always set the customer first with a can-do attitude to provide value to the customers. You have a high energy level and are driven by reaching ambitious targets without losing focus on details and structure. Furthermore, you have excellent command of English and Danish and you master Microsoft Office programs.
