Since 2017, Abacus Medicine has been a successful partner in the Belgian market, with the aim to consistently expand its presence and growth. Therefore, they are now looking for a Sales Manager fluent in French, Flemish or/and Dutch, who can drive sales growth in the Belgian market by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identifying fresh business opportunities and transition leads into dedicated customers
In the Sales Manager role, your task will be to enhance Abacus Medicines footprint in the Belgian market. It’s not just about closing sales but identifying fresh business opportunities and recruiting new clients. Your performance will depend on your ability to foster robust relationships and transition leads into dedicated customers. Keeping a pulse on market trends and devising powerful sales strategies will be part of your role. We’re looking for a proactive individual who consistently surpasses sales targets and thrives in growing Abacus Medicine’s customer base in Belgium.
Your areas of responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Abacus Medicine’s goals and objectives.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and maximize sales potential.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
As Sales Manager, Belgium, you will become part of Abacus Medicines’ Belgium Business Development team at the Copenhagen headquarters. If you are located in Belgium, remote work options are available.
Proven track record in sales and business development in the Belgian market
To succeed in this role, you must hold a bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience in sales or related fields. You must bring a minimum of five years of sales experience, preferably with a proven track record in the Belgian market. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and have a strong focus on achieving sales targets and fostering growth.
