For Roche Diabetes Care, SAM International A/S is looking for two skilled and passionate Account Managers to become part of “Roche Diabetes Care” and take on the challenging and exciting job of selling the Accu-Chek product portfolio and develop the market for digital solutions. As Account Manager, you will be fully responsible for the launch of new products and sales of the blood glucose monitoring systems (BGM) and insulin delivery systems (IDS) through hospitals and municipalities in your own assigned region.

THE POSITION
As Account Manager, you will be part of the Sales & Market Access team, responsible for your own region in Denmark. You will report directly to Head of Sales & Market Access.
You will act as first point of contact for the customers and build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders in your assigned territory with focus on hospitals, nurses in municipalities and GP´s. You will support the customers with the education and tools necessary for them to select the best solution for their patients, in order to increase the medical outcome and improve the quality of life.
Besides the full sales and budget responsibility for your region, you provide CRM information through the provided tools and work closely together with Marketing and Market Access to develop the marketing activities.
THE POSITION
Essential job responsibilities:
Responsible for selling BGM, IDS and IDM products & solutions. Define action plan for each account in order to reach the defined objectives. Support HCP´s with product knowledge and necessary education/training. Responsible for providing training to all customers in order for them to benefit the full value of products and solutions. Support the customers with the implementation of products and solutions. Report activities and territory information in the provided tools (CRM / Salesforce). Work together with Market Access regarding tender strategy and information to develop the best outcome for RDC. Work together with Marketing regarding products/solutions to ensure alignment in strategic planning. Responsible for mapping, contact and information on HCP´s, nurses, GP´s and other relevant customers, as well as for adequate documentation in the CRM system.

Skills & experience:
5 years of experience from a similar role in the medical device industry, sales to hospitals or/and municipalities. Fluent in Danish and English. IT knowledge – MS Office and Salesforce. Business driven, with a strong technical mindset. Strategic sales oriented. Great at communicating and building relations. A can-do-attitude. Structured and organized. Strong at documenting and following up administratively. Open to try out new approaches and being interested in digitalization in healthcare.
5 years of experience from a similar role in the medical device industry, sales to hospitals or/and municipalities.
Fluent in Danish and English.
IT knowledge – MS Office and Salesforce.
Business driven, with a strong technical mindset.
Strategic sales oriented.
Great at communicating and building relations.
