Unique opportunity to work with market leading treatments within Gastroenterology and Uro/oncology in a hybrid position
Exciting position with a large sales potential and focus on digital initiatives
As Key Account Manager, you will drive commercial activities for Gastroenterology and Uro/oncology within the territory of Zealand and Funen. Primarily, you will concentrate your efforts on relevant Specialists within Gastroenterology and Urology with a focus on Ferring’s well reputed and differentiated brands, and secondly, on a select group of GPs concerning a leading product within Urology. Furthermore, you will drive and implement a number of new initiatives concerning empowerment of patients, nudging and digital journeys through an improved sales model.
Dedicated Key Account Manager making an impact in both primary and secondary care
You thrive on building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders in both hospitals and the primary care. You work hard to reach your sales targets and ensure the redemption of Ferring’s large growth potential. You are willing to challenge status quo, engage in discussions with doctors and change entrenched habits in order to secure the best possible treatment for patients. Furthermore, you believe in empowering patients through knowledge and digital tools and providing effective supporting elements to the HCP’s.
At the same time, you support the doctors’ clinical work and clear the path implementation the newest knowledge and innovative projects within Gastroenterology and Uro/oncology. You will, through effective activity planning as well as conference participation, secure Ferring’s footprint within Gastroenterology and Uro/oncology. You have budget responsibility for and will take ownership of the design and evaluation of your activity plans, daily tasks and targets reporting to a Nordic Sales Manager.
Commercial drive and scientific proficient
You have solid experience and documented success within key account management and sales on a specialist level within the hospital sector. You know your way around gastroenterology and/or urology units through sales positions within pharmaceuticals, medical devices or another relevant field. You have a good understanding of business and a commercial drive combined with a high level of independence. Furthermore, you can easily communicate with different stakeholders from Specialists as primary target to a selected group of segmented GPs as secondary target. The goal is to influence this group through digital communication, but in the transition phase they remain to be covered by face to face visits. You find an interest in and is quick at understanding scientific studies and analysing the impact these studies have on this specific field of expertise. You must also be able to clearly communicate the findings/impacts/results of these studies to professionals and challenge status quo. You thrive in a role with a high level of visibility. Preferably, you have a degree within science, biology, medical, pharmacy or equivalent.
