We are looking for a business oriented and commercially skilled Global Account Finance Manager that will join us to drive financial management and business partnering on one of our key global accounts.

Reporting to the Divisional Finance Director and acting as the right hand of the Alliance Director, you will be responsible for the financial management of the account across several countries, and you will work together in close collaboration with Operations and Finance stakeholders, internally and on customer side.

You should be able to communicate financial messages and influence decision makers on all levels of the organization.

The primary tasks are:

  • Build good working relationship with Alliance Director, the local Finance and Leadership teams, Global key client’s stakeholders, and be a key strategic partner for these key stakeholders
  • Drive high quality financial / commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments on service lines across the account and ensure alignment and consistency with global contract management practices.
  • Tightly manage contract governance, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the terms and conditions of the contract to ensure that all cost elements are appropriately accounted for
  • Developing high quality and effective Client relationships across the global scope.
  • Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure Client and GWS financial savings targets are maximized on a global scale
  • Deliver GWS and Client monthly actuals, budgets and forecasts
  • Drive the client annual budget cycle across countries showing understanding of key cost drivers and Single Point of Contact for all key financial communications.
  • Manage the integrity of data in Client and internal reporting.

To succeed in this position we expect that you:

  • Have several years of experience in a Global organization and are ready for a new career move.
  • Are able to build trusted relationships, both internal and external and have experience with stakeholder management
  • Are Highly numerate with a commercial mindset.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and with changing demands, priorities and deadlines.
  • Are organized and open to new ways of working to challenge inefficiencies and secure continuous improvements.
  • Are a self-motivated, reliable & flexible team player, who is able to work on own initiative.
  • Bring excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the business and develop effective relationships at all levels.
  • Are fluent in both Danish and English
  • Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook – intermediate to advance level skills are essential.

Weekly working hours: 37 hours
