Sales/market research intern for the Italian market in Centrano Distribution - Fall 2021
Would you like to be a part of a growing company, work with suppliers from all over the world and also help strengthen our operations in sales and market research for the Italian market? Centrano is now looking for an intern for the fall semester 2021.
Centrano is an international B2B action sports distribution company, who experienced growth the last few years. We work in collaboration with suppliers from all over the world, helping them put their products in the right places in over 30 countries. Besides that Centrano also represents and helps promote our brands in our territory by means of classic marketing strategies as well as social media, good market research etc. We are looking for a motivated student who can help us increase and improve our markets and B2B sales for a semester from August 2021, taking place from our headquarters in Søften, just outside Aarhus.
Who is Centrano?
Our mission is to spread good vibes bringing action sports to as many as possible. We work in close collaboration with some of the best brands from the segments of skateboarding, scooters, winter sports, BMX and other categories. Our clients are action sport shops in over 30 countries. We offer local know-how, logistic expertise, as well as local branding to our partners, while we offer the best brands, personalized service and growth opportunities to our clients.
What do we offer?
As a Sales and Market Research Intern in Centrano Distribution you will be part of an international team, in a very dynamic environment, at the heart of the action. Your main task will be to help Centrano grow the categories within skateboard, BMX and stunt scooters in the Italian market by doing market research, lead generation and prospecting, and contacting potential customers in Italy by email or phone. These tasks can also extend into other countries.
The work environment is relaxed and informal, while keeping high standards of professionalism. We are passionate about what we do and enjoy our time at work. We also host a series of yearly fun team building activities in which you are also welcome to participate, like for example the Berlin Inline Marathon, Wakeboarding days, Indoor Ski events, Longboard trips and much more.
What are we looking for?
- You are a student within the field of Sales/market research - e.g. marketing management, finance management, economics, communication
- You speak Italian and English
- You have a natural talent for sales and market research and enjoy working with customers
- You have experience working with researching and you have an international mindset
- You are open minded and you are ready to learn, but also bring something new to the company
- You have a profound knowledge of sales and market research tactics, which can be applied in your work with us
- You are ready to work in a dynamic team with short deadlines, both in group and individually
- You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
Practical information:
The internship period will take place in our offices in Søften, Hinnerup, north of Aarhus. You will be provided with the resources you need to develop your work.
We are looking for an intern to start up in august 2021 but we are flexible according to your semester, exams, etc.
