The Team

Global Operations is responsible for enabling the core business functions in Stibo System to work effectively and efficiently. We maintain a rich set of processes and information systems and provide customers, partners and internal teams with the information, guidelines, and reports when they need it

Keeping our Application Landscape efficient, secured and aligned with business strategy is part of our mission. And for this, we are looking for a SalesForce Administrator as owner of our SalesForce installation supporting all employees and functions in offices all over the world.

The Job

The SalesForce Administrator is the single point of contact accountable for service delivery, SalesForce roadmap, future releases and continuous improvement of our processes. You will also manage the relationship with SalesForce and any other third-party providers.

More specifically, you will:

  • Work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and needs
  • Capture and maintain operational processes including documentation
  • Plan and manage release management for SalesForce
  • Develop and maintain scalable and transparent security model for SalesForce incl. alignment with other platform Admins
  • Stay up to date on SFDC features and functions related to the role of Administrator

Candidate requirements

Moreover, you:

  • 5+ years SalesForce experience
  • Advanced consultative skills and mind set to enable engagement with key stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to problem solve and translate complex concepts into easy-to-digest language for different audiences
  • Excellent communicator skills with ability to flex style depending on audience combined with strong influencing skills to build rapport and deliver through others
  • Experience with Admin work for the SalesForce Communities is an advantage
