This is the role and main tasks
You will lead and coordinate Manufacturing Practice processes in the geography, acting as the key point of contact for the geographics team in the coordination of manufacturing opportunities, participation in marketing events and supporting partners.
You will act as catalyst for manufacturing network growth, collaborating with internal teams and partners or manufacturing technical niche solutions that can be potential candidates to integrate with Stibo Systems products.

We are looking to build a new global team, once that is complete, the team will consist of 3 subject matter experts in Manufacturing and Retail. Collaborating with other functions like Pre-Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Product you will play a part to further strengthen Stibo System’s position in the market.

- Support geography leads in Key Manufacturing Targets and Customers Account Plans
- Participate, jointly with geography teams, in Client Conversations as Industry SME
- Ensures Geography Sales & Account Management teams are knowledgeable in Manufacturing offerings
- Coordinate with Marketing Local Teams Manufacturing content according to Manufacturing Industry Marketing Plan
- Identify and propose Manufacturing sales / implementation best practices to feed Manufacturing Practice assets

Who we are looking for

Moreover, you will have:
- More than 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Relevant industry acumen, forward looking knowledge, and perspective on the manufacturing industry
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferable discrete manufacturing processes
- Strong consultative orientation
- Demonstrated success playing a leading role within matrixed organizations
- Experience in complex technology projects in the industry
- Fluent in English – Desirable, fluent in other European languages
