Global Sales Manager
Do you want to play an active role in developing MC2 Therapeutics’ future sales strategies?

As Global Sales Manager at MC2 Therapeutics you will be responsible for developing sales for all products in the biomee™ portfolio and therefore be an important part of the commercialization of the first products in MC2 Therapeutics.
In close collaboration with the CCO, the Brand & Marketing Manager and the PR Manager you will create and execute an effective and innovative sales strategy for individual products in the biomee™ portfolio and selected markets. The initial focus will be on direct B2B sales of the biomee™ hand sanitizer and other biomee™ products initially through online and physician dispensed sales.
Your main tasks are:
You have at least 5 years of BTB/BTC sales experience within the international Consumer Care Industry and you have a proven track record of sales strategy development and execution. Your strong understanding of how consumers act upon advice and referrals from professionals such as dermatologists gives you the ability to plan and executive sales strategies for new products and markets.
You probably hold a Master’s Degree within business administration, marketing or equivalent but most important is your documented experience within the Consumer Care/OTC industry. It will be an advantage if you have experience within dermatology or a related field but it is not a requirement.
You are a person who thrives in a dynamic environment which is characterized by a high pace. You are ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset and the will and ability to work hands on with the practical issues as well as having the strategic overview. Most important is that you want to be a part of a growing company where innovation and initiative is fundamental.
Travelling: There will be limited travel activity at first, but flexibility regarding travelling in the long term will be necessary.
Domicile: Hørsholm, North of Copenhagen.

- Define and describe target groups/segments
- Create value propositions and sales pitches for individual target groups
- Develop strategy for approaching potential customers
- Develop and execute strategy for creating physician dispensed sales of biomee™ in the US, the EU and other selected territories
- Establish and develop cooperation with Patient Associations
- Establish and develop cooperation with Thought Leaders, KOL’s, bloggers and other influencers who have or could have a voice in the marketplace
- Find and attend relevant conventions and create sponsorship agreements when relevant
