A driven Sales Manager for BoneXpert – an innovative AI-based medical device for image analysis in radiology

With installations in more than 200 hospitals across the world, BoneXpert is a pioneering AI-system for image analysis in radiology.

BoneXpert provides automated bone age measurements from a child's hand x-ray to determine the degree of skeletal maturation of the child. Bone age is a key measurement in the diagnosis of growth hormone deficiency, precocious puberty, as well as other disorders in paediatric endocrinology. An accurate bone age determination from BoneXpert allows the prediction of adult height of the child.

BoneXpert has a dominating market share in several countries and is preparing for additional growth.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate the expansion of BoneXpert’s market position.

The job:

  • create new customer relations and to maintain and develop existing customer relations. This includes direct sales to hospitals and clinics in Europe and in other target areas as well as renewal of existing agreements.
  • key sales tools include telephone, e-mail, web-meetings and webinars. You will present BoneXpert in 2-3 conferences and exhibitions per year.
  • an in-bound stream of leads is developed and maintained through an updated web site and presence on relevant industry media.
  • with constructive and value-based customer dialogues, you will qualify and develop leads to the stage where you can create a quote and later seal the deal with an invoice. The entire team will support this process as required.

As part of your introduction, you will be provided training to allow you to quickly be able to present the benefits of BoneXpert to potential customers.

You

  • have at least two years’ sales experience within medical devices or software. Experience with sales to hospitals and clinics abroad is a plus.
  • are a skilled communicator with excellent English competences. It is an advantage if you have business level qualifications in another main language such as Spanish and/or French.
  • have a technical understanding, and you are an experienced IT user.
  • it is an advantage if you have experience with sales of software licenses including self-service web portals.
