Rosendahl Design Group’s (RDG) international sales have grown significantly in recent years and further international expansion is a key component of the company’s 2025 strategy.
We are now looking for an Export Sales Manager to manage and develop a set of international markets and distributors. Our ideal candidate should possess a strong commercial mindset, international sales experience and be able to contribute constructively to re-think and improve our go-to-market processes. Your profile
We need a business minded and international profile. You would have good experience managing and developing long term partnerships with international distributors.
You would be required to have solid experience from the consumer goods sector – the design industry would be a great plus. And ideally, you have experience working with account management in Asian markets.
You need to have structured and not least operational approach to manage your markets and accounts. In other words, you’re not afraid to roll up the sleeves.
You would have a business degree, possess a strong commercial mindset, have at least +5 year’s international sales experience and needless to say - speak and write fluent English.
What will you do - areas of responsibility
You will be part RDG’s global sales team with a high level of ambition and great commercially minded colleagues. You will report to VP Global Sales and be based our beautiful head office in Hørsholm - just outside Copenhagen.

- Develop and refine existing market strategies in selected – mainly Asian - markets
- Identify new global market and partner opportunities
- Plan and coordinate trade marketing activities with markets
- Secure partners follow the RDG brand marketing strategies
- Continuously contribute to improvement of RDG’s operational processes for international markets
- In co-operation with RDGs distribution partners develop annual business plans
- Operational support for distributors and partner markets
