Gubra is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing Sales & Marketing team, contributing to lead generation and nurturing through digital marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background and passion for content strategy and creation across social media, email, blogs, and paid advertising, coupled with experience in SEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content across various platforms, including SoMe (i.e. LinkedIn), blog, paid advertisements and newsletter, together with our medical writer and communication lead
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage our editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that aligns with marketing and sales objectives
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with sales team to develop content that supports lead generation efforts and nurtures prospects through the sales funnel


Desired Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on content creation, SEO, and email automation.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, WordPress, and Google Analytics (or similar tools for CRM, email automation and web analytics)
  • Fluency in English; Danish language skills are not required.
  • Occasional travel (1-3 times per year) may be required to support marketing efforts at conferences.
  • It is an advantage to have work experience in pharmaceutical and biotech industry
