Are you driven by building and developing international sales and creating strong, long-lasting relationships?

We are now looking for an Export Sales Manager to manage and develop a set of international markets and distributors. Our ideal candidate should possess a strong commercial mindset, international sales experience and be able to contribute constructively to re-thinking and improving our go-to-market processes.

Your profile
A business minded and international profile, skilled at managing and developing long term partnerships with international agents, partners and distributors.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience from the consumer goods, design and lifestyle sectors with a structured and operational approach in managing markets and accounts. A business degree and a strong commercial mindset with +5 year’s international sales experience are essential – needless to say, fluency in English is a must, other languages are a bonus.

Areas of responsibility

  • Develop and refine existing market strategies in selected markets
  • Identify new global markets and partner opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate trade marketing activities with partners and distributors
  • Implement our brand marketing strategies across all markets of responsibility
  • Continuously contribute to improvement our operational processes for international partnerships
  • Planning and execution of business plans in co-operation with our distribution partners
  • High level operational support for distributor and partner markets of responsibility
  • Solid experience of using the entire Microsoft Office package. Particularly Excel for budget management and analyzing sales performance as well as PowerPoint for presentation and reporting
  • Expected travel days are 50+
