Elevate global market presence, drive sales expansion, and play a pivotal role in a unique and exciting international growth journey



As International Sales & Business Director in the Pharma Business unit, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's global market presence and driving sales expansion in designated regions. You will ensure a close collaboration with existing partners, where you will drive, monitor, and support partner performance and prepare and agree specific business plans for Pharmacosmos’ market leading portfolio. Analyzing local and emerging markets, creating compelling market entry proposals, and implementing new partners will also be a an important part of the job. To succeed with this, you will build and nurture strong external and internal relationships and take the lead in the market teams, where you will coordinate value adding efforts and activities across internal functions such as Market Access, Marketing, Medical, RA, Legal, Quality Assurance, supply and more.

Experienced and intercultural business development profile



We expect you to have a relevant educational background in Business Administration or Science on MA level, combined with extensive experience from leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Medical and/or Market Access within the Pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, we expect you to have solid experience in commercial/business management in an international/multi-country environment. Finally, deep market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and creating robust proposals and business plans should also be in your tool box.

Personally, you possess an international acumen rooted in analytical and strategic thinking, coupled with an intercultural personality. Your approach is characterized by a strong sense of urgency, a result-oriented attitude, and transparent communication. You are structured, self-empowered, and proactive, and you have a hands-on attitude, as well as excellent collaborative skills. Finally, you have excellent interpersonal skills, and you are fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
