As our Area Sales Manager in Poland you will be responsible for the sales on the polish market. With an external Key Account Manager based in Poland, and our dedicated internal team in Denmark ready to support you, canvassing will be your main priority.
About the job
You will be a part of the Sales Region Central- and Eastern Europe with reference to our Regional Manager, situated in Denmark. From the Head office in Denmark you will get full support from our internal sales team. You will have your own customers to be responsible for, but you will able to work closely together with the regional manager and the Key Account Manager.
Your areas of responsibility

Key tasks
Your main key tasks are to attain a revenue development according to budgets while also maintaining and developing the contribution margin for our customers.
About You
Actona Company is looking for a local Area Sales Manager to overlook the Polish market and pursue the growth that is already existing. The following personal behaviour and skills are important:
You will be working from home, and must expect a lot of travel days both to customers, factories and fairs.

Your areas of responsibility
- Secure and develop sales and service to new and existing customers.
- Support our Key Account Manager supervising our major accounts.
- You will be responsible for South and South East of Poland and preferably based in South Poland unless otherwise agreed.

Key tasks
Your main key tasks are to attain a revenue development according to budgets while also maintaining and developing the contribution margin for our customers.
- Plan, execute and follow up on customer sales
- Frequent visits to costumers and adequate visits to the stores
- Continuously updated knowledge about the product range
- Analysis of turnover rate for products in stock, focus on products going in and out of range
- Preparation, attendance and follow-up on fairs - Cologne and Poznan (where necessary)
- Campaign planning and forecasting estimating
- Regularly report to the Regional Manager on the status of customers and projects
About You
Actona Company is looking for a local Area Sales Manager to overlook the Polish market and pursue the growth that is already existing. The following personal behaviour and skills are important:

- Result oriented and committed to close the deal
- Dynamic, resilient and focused
- The ability to create strong relations
- Polish citizen with strong market knowledge
- Experience from the furniture industry
- Experience with a similar position and responsibilities
- Goalsetting in collaboration with the regional manager
- Language skills:
- English at a good level
- German and Russian will be an advantage, but not a requirement
