The region is in rapid development, why we are looking for a Key Account Manager in the Baltics, who can grow and expand our market share further.
Your responsibilities will be
- Key Account Management of large Business-to-Business customers
- Develop a thorough understanding of Key account environment, vision, challenges, and opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with customer’s key stakeholders
- Ensure high level of customer centricity.
- Drive and coordinate customer projects, to ensure customers are supported effectively and professionally
- Organize and lead Key Account meetings
- Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing customers
- Build, develop and maintain Key Account plans for each customer
- Deliver sales forecasts to ensure timely delivery cooperation with Supply Chain
- Work closely with the responsible Regional Manager and Head of Sales on market development.
- Expect travel days between Denmark and the Baltics including fair participations in various countries.
What you bring
- You have a proven track record in building customer relationships. You are a strong team player with a cooperative mindset, and you are thriving in the cooperation with many internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a strong commercial mindset and you have excellent communication skills, both in writhing and oral, and a strong and positive attitude.
- You can manage many projects simultaneously while keeping a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in global commercial roles i.e., Sales, Marketing or Business Development
- Experience in managing international customer relationships in a global organization
- Experience from furniture industry
- Fluent in English and Russian in writing and verbally
