In Actona Group we set the bar high, that is why we are looking for an Area Sales Manager to help us reach our ambitious goals. Poland is an important market for us, and we have high expectations. As our Area Sales Manager for the northern part of Poland, you will be responsible for the sales in the area. Together with our sales team based in Poland, and our dedicated internal team in Denmark, your main priority will be to drive new potential customers,
The job
Actona Group has an ambitious growth strategy, where you will play a significant role in reaching our goals in Poland. You will be a part of the Sales Region Central- and Eastern Europe with reference to our Regional Manager situated in Denmark. From our Headquarters in Denmark, you will get full support from our internal sales team. You will be responsible for your own customers and coordinate activities and sales with your Regional Manager and our Key Account Manager.

About you
Actona Group is looking for a local Area Sales Manager with strong and comprehensive industry knowledge to overlook the North Polish market and pursue growth.
The perfect candidate is:
You will be working from home and must expect travel days to customers, factories, fairs and the Headquarters in Denmark.

The job

You will be responsible for your own customers and coordinate activities and sales with your Regional Manager and our Key Account Manager.

Areas of responsibility:
- Secure and develop sales and services to new and existing customers
- Support our Key Account Manager supervising our major accounts
- You will be responsible for the Northern part of Poland and preferably based in the area unless otherwise agreed
Key tasks:
- Plan, execute and follow up on customer sales
- Frequent visits to customers and visits to the stores
- Campaign planning, estimation of sales and forecasting
- Continuously updated knowledge about the product range
- Analysis of turnover rate for products in stock - focus on products going in and out of range
- Preparation, attendance and follow-up on fairs – IMM Cologne and Meble Polska
- Develop the penetration strategy for the area in collaboration with the Regional Manager
- Regularly report to the Regional Manager on the status of customers and projects
About you
Actona Group is looking for a local Area Sales Manager with strong and comprehensive industry knowledge to overlook the North Polish market and pursue growth.
The perfect candidate is:
- Structured and independent
- Result-oriented and committed to closing deals
- Dynamic, skilled and focused
- A natural in creating strong relations
- Experienced within the furniture industry from a similar position
- Established in the area with a strong market knowledge
- Fluent in English – oral and written (German and Russian will be an advantage)
You will be working from home and must expect travel days to customers, factories, fairs and the Headquarters in Denmark.
