Do you have experience with B2B Sales and wish to be part of an international environment with room for drive and development? Then you might be a perfect fit for our sales back office!
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate new colleague to join our team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a high level of service while developing existing and new customers. You will be responsible for a customer portfolio, handle the day-to-day operations and contribute to further growth.
Administrative Sales Specialist
Together with our Key Account Manager, your most important task will be to develop the sales to our B2B customers and ensure that our strategy is executed.
In a position where there are many different tasks, it is important that you can keep an overview of your daily assignments. You work in a structured way and see opportunities rather than limitations. In a market with growing demands, we also expect you to ensure the most optimal workflow for the benefit of both Actona Group and the customers.
The markets you will be working with are our Asia-Pacific and Middle East Markets. You will have daily contact with the customers in English, primarily through email. You will also have daily contact with a wide range of colleagues in Actona Group.
In addition to solving and coordinating assignments, you must also be the driver of optimising collaboration and sales processes with the customers as well as coordinating internal projects.
Some of your tasks may be complex and it is important that you can manage deadlines and prioritise tasks.

Your responsibilities
- Nurturing and developing customer relations.
- Planning and follow-up of sales together with the responsible Key Account Manager.
- Identification of the customer’s operational needs and implementation of solutions.
- Handling of orders and claims.
- Ensuring quality in product data and image material.
- Ensuring that the chain from sales to delivery is optimised.
- Project coordination and cooperation across departments.
- Preparation of offers and price calculations in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
- Determining the annual cycle with customers about campaigns, forecasts, new products, etc.
- Various ad hoc tasks.
