Then Actona Group is currently seeking a Sales Support Assistant to be part of a dynamic team where we accelerate solutions for our customers.
About the job
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will be part of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our B2B customers during the after sales process. Your responsibilities will include communication with the customers, responding to their inquiries, providing them with insightful information, and addressing their needs with a customer-centric approach.
It is important that you focus on maintaining our high standard of service and attention to detail, as it is a crucial part of fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers. You will be assigned a portfolio of customers which you together with the Key Account Manager will be nursing and ensuring the growth and prospering of.

- Perform routine administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Confirmation and registration of orders
- Upkeep of customer information in the system
- Claims handling
- Answering customer communication both by email and telephone
- Close cooperation and support within the sales force
- Corporation with other departments with the customer in center
- Ad hoc administrative tasks in the Sales Back office
