Your role

As our new Internal Sales Manager, you will be crucial in developing our current Internal Sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to tackle challenges. The role is split between management and operations.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and manage the internal sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing training, support, and motivation to the internalsales team to boost the team's performance.
  • Assist in managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Promote team wellbeing and a positive work environment.

To succeed in this role, you take pride in your ability to help people develop existing skills and learn new ones. You have a natural ability to see opportunities that others might miss, as you will be responsible for mapping development opportunities for both individuals and the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for our internal sales team in Finland and will communicate daily with the on-site team leader who will report to you.

  • Experience with skill development and team management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The capability to prioritize tasks and be decisive when necessary.

The Sales Nordic team is a dedicated group of six external Area Sales Managers and an internal sales team of 8 people spread across headquarters in Denmark, Holstebro, and our site in Finland, Hämeenlinna.
