In Denmark Metso Waste Recycling develops and produces mobile and stationary shredders to process solid waste into shredded material, that can be fully utilized when recycled or used in energy production. This process is a vital part of the green energy development.
Metso Waste Recycling employs 100 people in Horsens and is experiencing an increase in demand and massive growth. We offer an exciting position as Sales Supporter in the company's service department where your daily work makes a difference to both customers, partners and colleagues.
The job
Your overall responsibility in the service department is to ensure customer satisfaction through rapid response and customer care. In the job there is a great deal of freedom and you manage your own time and work assignments.
Selected areas of responsibility:
- Sales and delivery of services, parts and support to the Metso Waste Recycling customers
- Support dealers, partners and customers in technical parts finding
- Complete order processes of spare parts and services – from quotations to delivery and invoicing (within SAP)
- Follow up on all parts deliveries and informing customers of any important information
- Back-up support towards travelling service engineers when needed
You will become part of a well-functioning team, and your manager is a committed and present part of the service department. One of your colleagues in the service department says:

About you
The ideal candidate has experience from a similar position, preferably from a service organisation. You have a strong technical understanding which has been achieved either through a technical minded education (e.g. mechanics or electricity) or through the work with technical solutions and components.
Qualifications in short:
- You are a strong communicator verbally and in writing in both Danish and English – preferably you also master a third foreign language like German or French
- You have a proactive approach to your work assignments to provide the best service
- You are a skilled planner who understands how to structure and prioritize tasks
- You contribute to the social community with a positive attitude
