For our customer Templafy are we currently looking for a dynamic and motivating Account Director with knowledge of technology and experienced in modern business-to-business SaaS selling experience.

Templafy is a fast-growing SaaS company with global operations, based in Copenhagen with 30+ different nationalities and they are around 110 employees at the office in Copenhagen. Besides Copenhagen, they also have offices in Berlin and New York. They are first-to-market in their space and have established a leading reputation, with leading brands and global enterprises, like Deloitte, Maersk, SEB, Pandora and Allen & Overy as customers. Templafy has raised more than $40 million in funding since it was founded in 2014, and recently received the “Startup of the Year 2018” award for the Nordic region.

We are looking for:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivating, high-energy, driven Account Director with knowledge of technology and experienced in modern business-to-business SaaS selling experience. As Account Director you will develop and manage Templafys account management function, strategy and framework. You will have the leadership of Templafys global account management team. You will continuously monitor account penetration across all accounts, ensuring that there is an account development plan for all Templafys +300 accounts.

Other than that, you will have the responsibility of the following:
  • Responsibility of upselling to own strategic accounts
  • Discover, plan and build new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate intensively with Customer Success, Account Executive team and marketing team to do holistic and customer centric upselling and teeing up opportunities to Account Executives at Templafy
  • Take responsibility for meeting Templafys upselling targets and strategy across all accounts
  • Ensuring execution on the account development plans
  • Motivate and encourage sales-oriented functions and people across the team (including Implementations Partners) to do upselling


Qualifications:

  • Player-manager profile, with own account ownership to be expected to lead as an example
  • Analytic sales profile that masters strategic account planning across an entire B2B customer base
  • Strong direct sales record of B2B SaaS
  • Able to juggle multiple SaaS deals at once
  • Experienced in modern B2B SaaS selling skills, online meetings
  • Will have sold complex B2B SaaS with multiple stakeholders
  • Stable record of SaaS Sales success, ideally for a well-known SaaS player
  • Challenger oriented and solution-oriented sales style and not transactional oriented sales style
