Are you passionate about sales and good at building strong relations with customers and colleagues? Are you good at optimizing processes and handling various tasks at the same time? If yes, you should apply for this exciting position in our global sales organisation at Palsgaard where you will lead a team of 8 dedicated customer and sales support colleagues.
Your primary area of responsibility will be to ensure optimal support to our global sales organisation securing high quality and delivering professional service to our customers. Furthermore, you will get a central role in our global ERP-project optimising current sales processes in close cooperation with the rest of the sales team.

You will be part of our competent sales organisation of 150 dedicated colleagues working from 11 sales offices around the world. You will be working closely with our sales managers across all markets as well as our teams handling shipping and warehouse, product management, and regulatory affairs to coordinate internally and follow up.
The position is placed at our headquarter in Juelsminde (DK) where you will experience a flexible workday including the opportunity to work from home.
You will report to our CCO, Michael Skriver. From the start you will be responsible for the team in Denmark and have global process responsibility. Travel activity will be limited.
The tasks of the team are to support sales to be effective in the following areas:
What do you need to apply?
For this role flexibility, openness, drive, teamwork, and an ability to get things done are valued highly. You might hold a bachelor’s degree within e.g., sales and marketing, but it is not a prerequisite, or you have experience working with sales processes and customer support – preferably from a B2B company.
You have management experience and are recognised as a self-starter with a visionary mindset – looking for new ways to optimise current procedures. As you will take lead on various projects in sales, it is important that you are a people person and have a structured and result oriented way of working - you get excited when seeing you and your team succeed together.
You can prioritize your work as well as effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time as two days will not be the same, and priorities may change quickly.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Danish is required.

The tasks of the team are to support sales to be effective in the following areas:
- Responsibility split in 2 tracks – direct handling and indirect support.
- Supporting sales for larger customers (Segment A+B).
- Handling of smaller customers directly (Segment C+D).
- Main task
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, to ensure it is performing effectively.
- Lead the sub-project for ERP implementation of our sales processes and systems (over the next years we are implementing Dynamics 365FO globally).
- Handling of quotations, contracts, forecasts, and orders to customers.
- Hand over order for delivery handled by the shipping team – you must jointly ensure great collaboration and success for our customers.
- Other tasks
- Handle distributor agreements and filing, incl. agents.
- Questionnaire and sample registration.
- Coordination of customer visits including handling of invitation letters.
- Secure training in ERP, systems, and processes incl. CRM for new sales colleagues.
- Secure Global master data related to sales and customers.
- Maintain process optimization and document this in PQMS (Palsgaard Quality Management System).
- Take part in Palsgaard’s new sales excellence programme, Creating Customer Value.
