They are looking for an ambitious and process-driven sales executive who wants to take on a big challenge and speed up their career growth!

What is Pento? 🤔


They are a technology company, not an accountancy, payroll bureau, or similar. They build beautiful payroll software that automates all manual workflows and usually help companies cut 50-80% off the time they spend on payroll. That means no spreadsheets, no e-mails, and no manual work. They have built an easy-to-use software product, that does all of this automatically.

Their customers include innovative companies like Tonsser, Spiir, Soundboks, No Zebra, Clearhaus, Learningbank, Red Associates, Famly, Linkfire, Labster, AutoUncle, Shaping New Tomorrow, and many more.

The job description 💬


As an Account Executive at Pento, your job will be to

  1. run a solid prospecting process and build your own pipeline,

  2. demo Pento to potential customers — primarily online,

  3. close deals, and be obsessed with revenue growth and happy new customers,

  4. provide the product team with customer feedback so we can continue to build the best payroll product the world has ever seen 😍


What we're looking for 🕵️‍♀️


They are looking for someone who's structured, disciplined, thoughtful, and empathic. You will be at the front row, helping potential customers understand the benefits of Pento. Please reach out if you're interested — even if you don't think you fully fit the description.

Your background

  • You have 3-5 years of experience selling software to SMEs.

  • You have great verbal and written communication skills (fluent in Danish, great at English).

  • You have built/run a sales process from prospecting to close.

  • You have been a top-performer in previous sales jobs, and know that performance is what you will be measured by.


Your personality

  • You have an entrepreneurial, problem-solver attitude. No problem is too big or too hard.

  • You balance your aspiration to be the best with a no-ego attitude.

  • You know sales is just as much science as art, and building/following processes to reach your goals is a thing you enjoy.

  • You are hungry to learn. You know you don't know it all, and do what you can to help yourself and your teammates be better every day.

  • You work well with lots of questions and few answers. They are a startup trying to do something no one else has done before, which means they are dealing with a lot of questions and what-ifs.
