Muuto is looking for a Copenhagen based Regional Contract Manager
Muuto is a young and successful Scandinavian design company which develops and sells furniture, lighting, and accessories for both home and public interiors such as offices, hotels and retail shops.
Muuto is experiencing great growth in Denmark and we are creating a new position as Regional Contract Manager. The candidate will together with our Head of Sales Nordic Contract be responsible for implementing our strategy and coordinate local sales activities.

Muuto is experiencing great growth in Denmark and we are creating a new position as Regional Contract Manager. The candidate will together with our Head of Sales Nordic Contract be responsible for implementing our strategy and coordinate local sales activities.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with our extensive client base of architects and interior designers focused mainly on Zealand/Greater Copenhagen area
- Develop and maintain our network of dealers which include existing partners mainly in Copenhagen
- Develop and maintain our network of end user clients which include international corporate, hospitality and fashion brands
- Develop and maintain our Danish project portfolio.
Desired skills & experience
- Ability to do cold call, research, and source potential business, follow up on sales enquiries, sell via telephone and in-person meetings
- Ability to act independently and make decisions within company policy
- Experience in selling to the Danish furniture and/or lighting contract market
- Preferably the candidate has an established client base with strong relations to senior decision makers within the A&D industry in Copenhagen/Zealand
- Experience in conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations at all levels
- Able to demonstrate success and experience with managing key accounts and large projects
- Minimum 3 years as sales executive or key account manager.

- Outgoing and sympathetic
- Self driven and result oriented
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in presenting in a professional environment
- Strong negotiating and closing skills
- Organized and a very effective time manager
- Ability to travel away from home and to work extended hours
- Hard working and passionate about sales
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish.
