DescriptionSiteimprove is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will join the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) at Siteimprove. The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for case handling, support, design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting for a Salesforce (SF) platform.Responsibilities
  • Second level support of the Salesforce platform

  • Part of the team responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems in Salesforce, including escalating and tracking problems appropriately

  • Collect requirements from stakeholders, document, prioritize and implement those requirements in collaboration with the relevant areas of the business

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Standardizes, cleanses and uploads approved external data into the SF platform

  • Documents and helps govern SF processes, programs and procedures

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, marketing or business or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar Salesforce role

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or the willingness to become certified

  • Valid Passport

  • Travel as needed; may include weekends

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, marketing or business or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors

  • Strong sales analytics skills
