Job responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with new and existing customers
- Present solutions tailored to the customers' needs
- Resolve problems and ensure customers receive high quality advisory
- Utilize data to analyze organizational performance and identify opportunities for growth
Develop plans and deliver strategic objectives with each account
- Drive engagement among key accounts
- Manage key accounts' peformance and KPI's
- Regularly review customers' needs and advice

- Strategic thinking and negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal and listening skills
- Result-oriented and organized
- Leadership
-Ability to create teamwork
- Able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision
- Good at connecting with others at every level, one-on-one and in groups

Curious and brave, positive, openminded, creative and pleasing personality is a key in this position, as yourresults will depend on how well you manage to connect with customers, partners and co-workers, in order to create best solutions and mantain long lasting relationships and engagement.
