WHAT YOU WILL GET
As a leading part of our sales outreach initiatives, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work with a broad range of sales activities, including driving outbound prospecting, developing, and nurturing your own sales prospects and pipeline by identifying new customers and building strong relationships with specialists within the payment and banking industry. You will qualify new business opportunities by targeting and seeking out profitable business within existing segments, being a central part of closing new sales and improving our current processes of lead conversion. You will report to the SVP Partner Sales, will be a key member of the commercial team, and will work closely with both external partners as well as Product, Operations, Development & Market teams across CARDLAY.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Prospecting for new leads based on CARDLAY’s market analysis, insights, and prospect identification
- Performing demonstrations for customers and teaching them how to use the company's products or services
- Overcoming objections and negotiating with leads
- Implementing outreach campaigns
- Meeting with other members of the sales team to create outbound prospecting processes
- Collecting the contact details of leads and sharing them with other sales representatives
- Maintaining a database of prospective clients interested in the company's products or services
- Preparing reports on client interactions, sales activities, and other tasks assigned by the sales manager or supervisor
- Participate in fairs, conferences, and other on-site events.
YOU WILL ROCK THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Got excellent English language skills both orally and in writing
- Are reliable and have a well-developed commercial and business sense and understanding
- Can evolve partnerships and develop a qualified pipeline of customers
- Can close 1-2 new customers deals within 12 months of employment
- Are well-structured, focused and does not stop with the first no from a prospect
- Are a strong executor in sales and lead prospecting
- Have an open and communicating personality, can work on your own and at the same time enjoy a dynamic environment with multiple relations, contacts, and stakeholders
