eOne Solutions – Denmark ApS is seeking an ambitious Partner Development Manager to work out of our Copenhagen Office. One is an established technology company that is growing with a startup attitude, and we’re looking for a reliable, proactive professional to focus on developing eOne reseller partnerships with a results-driven approach.

As a Partner Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Serving as the single point of contact for your regional partners, including on-boarding, partner account management, Q&A, etc.
- Learning the eOne Software so you can perform a confident and inspiring demonstration.
- Developing and manage partner strategy to maximize sales revenue from direct and indirect channels, predominantly resellers within your region.
- Co-selling with partners to close sales opportunities and interact with direct sales on the Partner engagement model.
- Attaining sales quota responsibility for regional reseller revenue.
- Providing for input into eOne Solutions’ partner programs, including assisting with program definitions, oversight, pricing, and partner resources.
- Working directly with marketing team to develop partner marketing program, including enhanced partner website portal, partner product certification, partner training, and collateral.
- Executing outbound telephone and email communications to partners.
- Driving partner enablement in the region.
- Participate in company organised events such as customer briefings and presentations and trade shows as requested by management;
· Travel as required to perform job activities;· Maintain a professional attitude with Clients, Suppliers and eOne staff and portraying the company image at all times· Be proactive in approach and putting forward solutions to issues rather than putting forward just the issues;· Adhere to all company procedures;
Requirements
- 3-5 years selling in the Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or other related technology channels
- Experience in providing both phone and remote assistance
- Experience with Business to Business sales.
- Outgoing personality, confident engaging with partners and customers
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to clearly describe the benefits of integrating backend systems with the front end.
- Confidence in speaking with all levels of staff at eOne resellers.
- Strong sales track record.
- Belief in delivering value in every business dealing.
- Team player, yet is self-motivated and can work alone.
- Eager to learn from the experienced team at eOne.
