What does the work consist of?
We are looking for a coworker with a strong foundation in project management and knowledge about qualitative research to ensure that we find, connect with, qualify, and support the right participants for our qualitative studies.
You will be playing a crucial part in our daily operation, and you will be a part of our participant management team, where our main goal is to deliver human insight solutions for our many business clients.

What are your areas of responsibility?
- Transforming study scopes into study participant descriptions.
- Connecting with participants as well qualifying the fit with the study scope and securing that they are the right participants.
- Being in contact with participants, providing them with access to the platform and ensuring they complete the interview.
- Budget controlling and ensuring the participants get paid accordingly.
- Work closely with insights experience, updating them on the recruitment process and handover the output from the studies.
What qualifications do you need?
We are looking for a person with great energy and drive who is motivated to be part of a growth journey with an ambitious and enthusiastic Participant management team.
We expect you to:
- You are detail-oriented, have a strategic mindset and the ability to organize and coordinate.
- You live in within reach of our office in Copenhagen.
- You are professionally proficient in English (written and spoken) – proficiency in Danish or another Nordic Language is a plus but not a requirement.
