Super organized, passionate about web and mobile technologies and with rock-solid interpersonal skills, you are our Aragorn helping the Wiredelta Fellowship create kickass projects. You are the captain in the middle of an agency war zone carefully executing our marketing and sales efforts. Wired Delta is a fast-growing web and mobile development agency and we are on the hunt for a talented and all-around awesome Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Copenhagen office. RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisted by Management, you will work under their supervision as an interface between the internal discussions on where Wiredelta is heading, and the external message to make Wiredelta stand out to potential clients. While the tasks are split between sales and marketing, the primary objective of this role is to generate sales and convert leads from all efforts.

SALES

  • Inbound: Answer inbound requests coming from the chat on wiredelta.com. Participate in first calls and meetings with potential new clients. Coordinate estimates and proposals with management.
  • Outbound: Go through lead portals, contact peer group businesses matching Wiredelta competencies and follow the leads all the way to contract.

MARKETING

  • Content: Run weekly marketing meetings with marketing team. Review new weekly articles and videos drafted by marketing team for the website and YouTube channel. Review client cases drafted by project managers.
  • Promotion: Send out weekly newsletter. Coordinate regular posts on social media. Promote the book Software is Feeding the World.
  • Website: Manage development and design of website to keep evolving, converting more contacts into contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

PRIMARY SKILLS

  • Relevant sales experience, working in a digital agency or equivalent
  • Education: Business / Management / Sales or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish
  • High interest in technology, client management and sales

SECONDARY SKILLS

  • Strong sense of initiative and team-working skills
  • Basic skills in Excel / Google Spreadsheets
  • Creative and goal-oriented mindset

PRACTICAL DETAILS

  • Location: Copenhagen (Denmark). The applicant must have the right to reside and work in Denmark.
  • Start date: Flexible
  • Work schedule: Full time
  • Compensation: Competitive, depending on skill level and expertise
