About the job


We are seeking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for growing our current business and identifying and closing business with new key accounts. The position is a hands-on role and while you will need to develop sales goals and monitor progress, you will be our key person in driving new business for Gain with new and existing large customers.

To excel in this role you have extensive sales experience, including at a C-suite level. You should be creative in finding solutions for customers problems, identified through a compelling sales personality and excellent ‘listening’ skills. You will be hungry to chase and close new business, and willing to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities


  • Defining a marketing and sales strategy to increase business with both existing and new customer
  • Actively participating in the execution of that strategy through active engagement with customers that results in significant new business

To achieve these key objectives, you should expect to work closely with customers and others at Gain, attend industry conferences and events, develop proposals for clients and liase with the consultants that execute business and your customers as work progresses. You will need to create sales goals and the systems for monitoring progress.

Who are we looking for


We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, self-motivated, driven sales personality who shares our passion for finding solutions for customers that are the path to success with their automation and robot projects. You must be fluent in English.

On professional level, we need you to have:

  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in working with CRM.
