Swedish Speaking Customer Advisor for Athens, Greece – No experience needed, Relocation package included, 2 extra salaries per year

We are looking for motivated Customer Advisors for some of the world's biggest brands. You must be able to interact with others effectively and be comfortable with phone support and customer care.
The location:
Together with your amazing colleagues you will be handling customer service inquiries in Athens. You should be able to relocate to sunny Greece in a 2-4 weeks’ notice.

Your responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls, e-mails and chats from existing consumers requiring product support
- Staying current with system information, changes, updates and standard procedures
- Helping consumers with resolving all issues
- Communicating in clear and professional manner
Your skills:
- Very good English skills – both written and spoken
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective listening skills
- Happy to help
- Valid EU passport
- Willing to move abroad
