Are you ready to drive new verticals of sales for professionals cross the Nordics? 🇩🇰 🇸🇪 🇸🇯

We are looking for a Business Developer to join our Copenhagen office - heading our new bizz initiatives across new verticals of sales and partnership relations.

Our Business Developer will play a pivotal and hands-on role in establishing new B2B2C revenue streams by actively engaging with potential partners, directly overseeing the onboarding process of installation professionals and carpenters, and building strong, long-lasting partnerships with new sales channels and enabling sales across new B2B2C verticals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience from the partner sales within the windows and door industry in the Nordics, exceptional communication- and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in new business development and sales enablement. We will provide all the necessary tools and support to help you succeed, but it's up to you to bring the charm, personality and industry knowledge that seals the deal 🪟🪚

We are looking for an executor who can walk the talk and create revenue through new sales funnels. Less talk - more acting - kinda person 😉



Key Responsibilities:

  • New business verticals: Identify new business verticals within B2B2C product- and service sales and position Klar as trusted partner
  • Prospect and Onboard: Actively identify, engage with, and onboard new carpenters and installation professionals to become authorized partners for Klar's windows and door product portfolio and adhere to Klar’s quality guidance for installation.
  • Outreach and Partnership Development: Implement outreach strategies to expand Klar's network of professional partners, focusing on developing strong and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Klar's product offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and installation processes to partners.
  • Market Availability: Ensure Klar’s products are available in professional builders markets and other relevant sales channels for industry professionals.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track progress towards goals, and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for partner needs.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Danish, close to native level, is a requirement for this position - both oral and written. Understanding of Swedish and Norwegian is a great advantage.
  • Experience: We are seeking someone with extensive professional sales experience, preferably within the windows and doors industry, construction, building materials, or manufacturing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the carpentry and installation sectors, with a robust network of industry contacts.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, building new sales funnels with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain product features and benefits effectively to diverse audiences.

📍The office location:

Klar is a Scandinavian organization with offices in Denmark and Estonia. Our headquarters and factory are located in Estonia, Tartu - but you will be working with our vibrant team in our Copenhagen-based office located in Nørrebro - Schiller House.

Our Copenhagen-based office is well connected to several public transportation points (bus and s-train stations within 2 min walk) and has access to a large parking lot (if you are not a big fan of cycling 🚴 ).
