You will be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention and growth. You will be working with clients like; Carlsberg, Novo and Vestas. Responsibilities
- Grow and secure your accounts.
- Create new sales opportunities through networking within your accounts.
- Find and grow Key of contacts at your clients.
- Key Account Management.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and passionate.
- Proven experience with in Sales, customer succes and Retention
- Experience from similar business/industry (IT/SaaS/Web/) is a plus.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- English floating on negotiation business level. Other language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor degree with in Business or marketing and communication is a plus.
- EU citizen, located in the Copenhagen area.
