With continuous growth since our launch in 2011, Sealand Europe and Mediterranean is an established Intra-European logistics integrator with a clear ambition to continue to pursue profitable growth.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager in our HQ Commercial Enablement function, reporting to the Head of Commercial Enablement.

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for standardizing, optimizing and developing sales processes to ensure we grow the topline and drive improvements for Sales and our customers.

You will have overall responsibility for driving roll-out and adoption of sales processes and projects, working closely with the Sales Managers Community and with indirect influence on our 140 sales resources across Sealand Europe and Mediterranean, enabling you to make a difference to our Sales organization, and most importantly, our customers around the world.

Key responsibilities


• Drive a growth mindset in Sealand Europe and Mediterranean, by establishing and supporting robust sales processes to ensure that Sales Executives can spend their time selling

• Interact with Sales Leaders to optimize local sales processes and support best practice sharing around sales execution

• Drive process standardization and adherence to ensure processes are setup in ways that enable the sales frontline to do their job as effectively as possible

• Optimize the sales support setup by leveraging our offshore teams

• Proactively safeguard Sales Executives’ time by ensuring the right projects and process are being rolled out to the frontline

• Ensure that sales processes work as intended and demonstrate that change in sales processes leads to improvements by leveraging relevant data

• Be on top of new initiatives in our wider organization which influence Sales and communicate clearly to the frontline to ensure adoption early on

• Acquire understanding of new products we can launch, and ensure that the implementation of these are coordinated across our Sales organization.

We are looking for


We envisage that you have an excellent understanding of best-in class sales processes and how to make them work in real life.

You hold a Bachelor degree or above combined with experience of working independently, while understanding the importance of effective cooperation with team members and frontline stakeholders.
You know how to influence without formal authority and challenge stakeholders in a constructive way, across organizational levels, teams and geographies.

Furthermore:

• You are proactive in identifying and acting on ideas for new solutions and process improvements to make Sales Executives’ lives easier and optimize the customer experience.

• You have strong expertise in back-office processes and how they benefit the frontline organisation.

• You have a solution-focused attitude, strong analytical skills, and have demonstrated proficiency in using data to drive business results.

• You have excellent communication and persuasion skills and can effectively guide frontline managers in optimizing the sales organization’s way of working (including sales support setup).

• You have a detailed understanding of Salesforce.com and other sales tools.
