As Lubricants Sales Manager you hold the overall responsibility for the automotive lubricant sales team and the sales of Total’s product range of automotive lubricants in Denmark.

About the role
As Lubricants Sales Manager you hold the overall responsibility for the automotive lubricant sales team and the sales of Total’s product range of automotive lubricants in Denmark.
whilst maintaining and developing your own customer portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Achieve growth and sales targets in terms of volume and profitability by successfully managing the sales team
- Define a long-term lubricants sales strategy and roads to market in line with the overall strategy of the company. This entails active involvement in the management of accounts, resellers and distributors, the identification of growth opportunities and active support to Company response to tenders
- Propose specific orientations of growth opportunities regarding product mix, marketing and sales tools, in order to support the development of the activity
- Manage, develop and motivate the sales team of 4 area sales managers, which includes the identification of business targets relevant to the sales force and setting individual and/or collective development objectives for volumes and margins
- Deploy and ensure the respect of all Group and local procedures and policies, particularly in the areas of safety, competition law, compliance and ethics
