Key Responsibilities
As Specialties Support in the Specialties Team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in our Shipping and Sales activities.This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in a fast-paced environment where situations can change quickly. You will be part of a small team where we help each other, but also requires that you are able to work independently with the tasks that you are given. Working proactively with stakeholder management is an essential skill in this position, as both colleagues and customers will be relying on your input.
Overall, you have the responsibility of planning and handling the shipping planning activity for Bitumen Business line in Nordics. Furthermore, you will be monitoring and coordinating the ships and be responsible to take action if necessary.

- Collect, monitor, and apply supply forecasts for our existing terminals
- Handling of the shipping activity for Special Fluids Business line in Nordics
- Monitor cost pricing for the shipping activities.
Specialties Sales:
- Monitor sales pricing for the shipping activities.
- Collect, monitor, and apply sales forecasts
- Participation in the Risk Management of Specialties Activity
Ad hoc:
- Maintain and creating Master data
- Ad Hoc Project work
