As part of the Supply Chain team, Specialties you will execute daily sales support and logistics tasks for TotalEnergies Nordic, within the Specialties business area. The position requires working at a high pace while keeping an overview of tasks and priorities and calls for great organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Primary responsibilities include:
Focus on Specialties, with tasks within sales support and logistics for bitumen
Sales support, Special fluids, and Bitumen:

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Supply Chain team, Specialties you will execute daily sales support and logistics tasks for TotalEnergies Nordic, within the Specialties business area. The position requires working at a high pace while keeping an overview of tasks and priorities and calls for great organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Primary responsibilities include:
Focus on Specialties, with tasks within sales support and logistics for bitumen
Sales support, Special fluids, and Bitumen:
- Handle phone calls from customers and haulers
- Receipt, handling, invoicing, and filing of orders in SAP
- Creation, forwarding and receipt of Purchase orders in SAP
- Follow up on orders / maintenance and mastering of excel tools used for the different businesses and ensure correctness of data
- Claim management
- General support to the Sales team
- Administration of Totals user platforms: DocOnline
- Maintain the Customer database and creation of new customers / delivery destinations in SAP
Logistics, Special Fluids and Bitumen:
- Ensuring co-ordination and continuous improvement of transportation services to gain competitive advantage.
- Ordering products from our suppliers, organizing loadings with our suppliers and transporters and ensure custom declarations.
- Updating internal working tools with correct transport prices
- Calculate diesel surcharge from transporters
