TotalEnergies Marketing Nordic Hub is currently looking for a new colleague to support our Specialties Team with sales of Bitumen, Special Fluids and Industrial Biofuels.

In the Specialties Team we run a both complex and demanding logistics operation and never back down from our promise to deliver first-class service. The position calls for great stakeholder management skills and requires working at a high pace while keeping an overview of tasks and priorities.

Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
- Receipt, handling, invoicing and filing of orders in SAP
- Claim management and follow up on orders
- General support to the sales team
- Ensure coordination and continuous improvement of transportation services
- Maintenance and update of customer database
- Administration of TotalEnergies’ user platforms
