We are recruiting for ambitious Operations Coordinators with a passion for travel, to join our team in Copenhagen.

YOUR ROLE
The primary function of this role is to achieve successful operations of groups with focus on delivering excellent operations and service results.
*Please note that full proficiency in either Mandarin, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Tagalog and English is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Book and operate groups, in close cooperation with our suppliers.
- Create relevant, timed, and priced itineraries using different tools available.
- Maximize profit margins on tours and sell additional services whenever possible.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates, liaising with the contracting department when necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Perform operations effectively and accurately.
- Full proficiency in any of the languages mentioned above. English is a must.
- Preferably, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry.
- Destination knowledge – Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltics, and Poland.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Strong understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Flexible and willing to work an extended schedule during the high season, with no holidays from December to February.
- Able to perform operations effectively and accurately.
