DEDIKATION’s looking for a trustworthy and experienced District Sales Executive (DSE) to assist the sales team in Expeditors’ Danish department. Your sales are created through customer meetings and pipeline management, and you’ll become an important player in the game of winning market shares in Denmark.
The DSE orchestrates involvement of multiple people in the sales process, so that new customer revenue is consistently secured for the district office and Expeditors network. The job environment is flexible, constantly changing, and provides growth opportunity, recognition and reward for the achievement of business results.
Your responsibilities
As a DSE, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying and seeking out new leads using existing traffic, internal and external leads, market information and industry knowledge. In addition, you must:
Expeditors follows a documented sales process, and regardless of experience, we expect you to attend ongoing training and development sessions to continue developing selling skills.
Qualifications
We expect you to be a trusted advisor and to have at least 3 years of experience from the Freight Forwarding industry (air, sea & road), and that you have a driver’s license and car. In addition, vi expect you to have/be:

Your responsibilities
As a DSE, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying and seeking out new leads using existing traffic, internal and external leads, market information and industry knowledge. In addition, you must:
- Manage the Danish territory – expect to be on the road 60% of your time
- Timely data entry in the Customer Relationship Management tool
- Orchestrate customer/branch relationships
- Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs, including diagram and cost-benefit solutions
- Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions
Expeditors follows a documented sales process, and regardless of experience, we expect you to attend ongoing training and development sessions to continue developing selling skills.
Qualifications
We expect you to be a trusted advisor and to have at least 3 years of experience from the Freight Forwarding industry (air, sea & road), and that you have a driver’s license and car. In addition, vi expect you to have/be:
- Oral and written proficiency in the Danish and English language
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work productively both individually and in a team
- A sense of urgency for goal achievement
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Comfortable with regular data entry
- Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic and persuasive
- Timeliness and accountability for results
