Your Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will spearhead B2B sales throughout the DK market. Your mission includes nurturing and expanding existing accounts, strategizing, and executing sales initiatives for both new and existing customers, and actively contributing to the growth and improvement of customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee B2B sales operations in the dynamic DK market
- Cultivate and expand existing accounts, maximizing returns on investment
- Strategize and execute sales plans for both new and existing customers
- Actively engage in sales activities towards large clients
- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers, emphasizing ongoing sales and supplementary offerings
- Plan budgets for each season, aligning them with market demands and business strategies
- Take charge of sales staff training, and visual merchandising as needed
- Participate in relevant trade fairs when required
- Facilitate successful collection launches in collaboration with customers and Marketing
- Analyze customer performance to identify additional business opportunities and maximize potential growth

You have:
- A Bachelor’s level education in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Account Manager with a proven sales track record.
- Experience in sales and sales management within a dynamic business environment.
- Preferably, experience with kids', lifestyle, or fashion brands.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
- The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a service-minded approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
