What you will be doing: 💪

  • Manage the customer lifecycle for your own customer portfolio
  • Be our customers' co-pilot when it comes to Candidate Experience by continuously managing their data, so you can help them identify ways that they can optimize their Candidate Experience
  • Provide our customers with solid insights regarding the Candidate Experience they are providing alongside with actionable recommendations as to how they can improve it - and help them with the implementation of these initiatives
  • Implement and onboard new customers to support our growth ambitions
  • Build a strong and close relationship with all your customers to ensure satisfaction and happiness
  • Be on top of your customers' use of the platform and their overall performance
  • Plan, join, and host meetings with potential and existing customers; both individually and together with the Sales team
  • Host online training sessions where you showcase the product and explain to new users how to use different features inside the platform.

So, as you can probably sense, you’re going to wear a lot of different hats in your relations with our customers, ranging from data analysis and account management to trusted advisory. If a diverse role like that sounds like just your cup of tea, you’re the one we want to hear from!

In order to do so, we think you have these competencies: 📄

  • You will be the contact person for international customers that are predominantly US based, so you need to be either native or fluent in English, verbally and in writing. All other languages are a plus.
  • You have +1 year of commercial experience in a SaaS company. Customer success experience is a big plus.
  • A customer-centric and service-minded mindset; you are the voice of your customers and advocate for their needs and pains while using our products and services
  • You’re maybe more of a farmer than a hunter, but you are still invested in identifying expansion opportunities for your customers and you’re always trying to drive growth.

It’s not necessary, but it would cool if you also had: 🤠

  • Experience with Recruitment, Human Resources, Consulting, and/or Employer Branding
  • Experience leading projects in an international environment

We have big ambitions and we believe that finding the perfect match for every open position is very important to reach our goals. We know that candidates on average spend around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters have a difficult time figuring out how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!

Therefore, we approach hiring slightly differently. If you are selected for a phone screen and you then progress to the next stage, we will ask you to complete a personality profile assessment and a cognitive assessment to see how your personality and skills fit into the team's synergy. The two tests take around 20 minutes to complete. When you have completed the two tests, you will also receive feedback on both assessments.
