As Supply Planner for PANDORA Distribution Centers (DCs) in the APAC region you will be the overall responsible for the inventory at the DCs and service levels to stores in the region. You will be based in Copenhagen and work in close cooperation with the DCs, the regional merchandising teams, as well as the rest of the global planning team including our production in Thailand. The position offers a mix between managing day-to-day operational issues, fast paced supply planning, and diverse stakeholder management. Your work will be supported by our ERP system AX Dynamics and the advanced planning system Logility (similar to SAP APO). Through this position, you will get to follow the executional drumbeat of the daily business by needing to support the exciting relaunch of the PANDORA brand instigated by Programme NOW.
Your areas of responsibility:
As our new Supply Planner, you will ensure high availability of products to markets served out of the DCs while balancing inventory levels and addressing excess. You will be part of a great global planning team and contribute in development of planning processes, incl. collaborative planning with regional and global stakeholders to support the strategic ‘Programme NOW’ agenda and the next chapter of E2E planning.
In this position you will definitely shape the future of your position and you can expect to elevate the following job assignments:
- Supply planning & weekly order placement with our production facilities in Thailand and our secondary DCs in Australia and China
- Close management of product introductions and phasing-out activities within the region
- Responsible for global slow-mover inventory at Thailand distribution center
- Responsible for the regional planning processes and parameters in the system (such as inventory policies) and the improvement of these
- Lead the weekly collaborative regional planning processes with regional demand planning, merchandising and DC operations.
What is needed to succeed:
- A relevant university degree at master level within e.g. Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, Economics or Business Management
- + 4 years of experience within planning, processes, supply planning, merchandising
- Global stakeholder management experience from an international organization
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills and super user of Excel and planning systems e.g. AX Dynamics and Logility.

You will be a part of the ‘Supply Planning and Planning Excellence’ team with 9 people who work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone.
Additional information:
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, DK. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 10 days a year to long-haul locations such as Bangkok. Start date is as soon as possible.
