Partner team
Templafy is looking for a Partner Sales Manager – referral partners to grow and develop the partner business -agencies and consultancies. The global partner team is the heart and soul of Templafy, and acts as a start-up within the company. As a member of the Partner team, you must have a passion for getting things done and solving problems daily together with your internal and external stakeholders.

The role
In this role you will grow and enable an international network of a large-scale referral partner program with the best global agencies and consultancies. At the same time you will partner with internal teams to ensure that partnerships are set up for success - work closely with Templafy’s marketing team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns together with our partners and/or the entire partner area, and be working closely and collaborate with Templafy Account Executives to ensure highest conversions rates and value on partner leads.

Overall, you will:

  • Identify and qualify the right partners
  • Focus on creating new business and new enterprise customers together with partners, Templafy Presales and Templafy Enterprise Sales - especially within the professional services industry and for top global brands
  • Evaluate the potential performance of the partner company in order to set profitable business terms
  • Execute on the partner portfolio pipelines to deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Be the person in the middle facilitating the best conditions for all external and internal stakeholders enabling the sales goals through partners
  • Evangelize the Templafy vision through product demonstrations and co-op marketing efforts and events with partners

It will be your responsibility to grow the Agency and Consultancy category within Templafy and hereby establish a new Industry standard.

The ideal candidate
You know the international design agency and Digital/management consultancy scene, and you are quickly able to identify and target the most relevant ones. Your background might consist of SaaS btb sales, enterprise sales, agency / consultancy positions. Most importantly, you have the ability to understand your partners business and the business of their customers. You thrive on owning and controlling the relationship and closing sales through a combo of Templafy Account Executives and external partners and naturally gather an internal team from marketing and product around you.

Your experience:

  • Identifying, qualifying, contacting new partners
  • Negotiating, signing up, and grow new partners in the category
  • Driving sales planning and push for new leads via the partners and activate these through internal account executives
  • Facilitating events with, for, and to partners- internally and externally

About you

  • You are a natural “hunter” with stamina for keep on going - shy and quiet are not words that describe you
  • Networking and building relationships is your second-nature
  • Hungry to learn - Strong team player capabilities but still a proactive self-starter
  • Making sound business decisions while informing your intuition with data
  • Strong presentation skills - Fluency in English is expected – other languages a plus
  • Permission to work in the EU

The position is 37+ flexible hours per week and an attractive incentive structure based on high-value contracts. On average 1-2 days a week of travel is expected.
